Of trek de duinen in met de Duinbossenwandelroute! Dankzij de wandelnetwerken verbindt u de knooppunten met elkaar en stippelt u zelf uw route uit. Fietsers doen hetzelfde met de Fietsnetwerkkaart De Kust of wagen zich aan de Oude Dijkenfietsroute, waarbij zowel De Haan als Vlissegem en Klemskerke verkend worden.

There’s lots to do in De Haan all year round. Trammelant, an impressive Belle Epoque festival, takes place in early August and takes you on a trip back in time to the turn of the century. There are also numerous art events (eg., EXPoZEE), the blessing of the sea on Whit Monday and the annual flea market – all well worth a visit.
