Good food
Seizing the day, that has to include good food and drink. This starts early in the day with breakfast. You will wake up to an extensive breakfast buffet of delicious bread, fresh fruit salad, artisanal jam and yoghurt, healthy fruit juices, and more, served in our breakfast room. Breakfast in bed is also offered at Manoir Carpe Diem. The smell of delicious fresh produce and the warm smile of hostess Claudine ensures the perfect start to a new day.
In the afternoon, we pamper you with afternoon tea by the open fire or an aperitif at the bar. You can pour your own drinks at the honesty bar and note what you consume so that you can pay later. We have complete trust in our guests. It is this homely, cheerful attitude that makes the Manoir such a wonderful home away from home.
Manoir Carpe Diem chooses not to run a restaurant on its premises. There are too many excellent restaurants within walking distance. If you tell us what type of cuisine you are looking for, we will guide you through the choices. We are happy to book a table for you in one of the great restaurants in De Haan and can arrange a babysitter for your children.
